Located in Sabaudia, this 70 m² holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with two bedrooms and a double sofa bed. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your meals during your stay. Amenities include air conditioning, TV, washing machine, and an outdoor barbecue for al fresco dining. Wi-Fi is available. Beach towels are provided for your convenience. Two travel cots for children are also available. The property has been recently renovated with brand new furniture and beds. The house offers an authentic seaside atmosphere, inviting you to enjoy every space in a relaxed and intimate way. Outside, a private covered terrace awaits, perfect for unwinding while admiring mountain views. The outdoor terrace is the true highlight of the property, allowing you to fully experience the home. The barbecue is ideal for outdoor meals. You have one parking space in the garage, and street parking is also available. One pet is welcome. Please note that events are not permitted on the property. For those who wish to stay active, a tennis court is about a 15-minute walk away. A cycle path starts right below the house and leads to the sea. The beach can also be reached by shuttle: the stop is directly below the house and takes you to Piazza Oberdan, where you can choose the right or left shuttle depending on your destination. Please do not leave garbage inside the property. Sabaudia has a recycling system: kindly dispose of waste in the appropriate bins before check-out. Please also avoid leaving dirty dishes in the sink.
